Spa de Vie Clients and Customers:
We appreciate your patience and understanding during our almost three months closure of the spa. We are preparing for our new “normal” and how we will continue to service our community moving forward.
We have strict procedures in place to ensure the safety of our clients, our team and our community. We ask that you please bear with us during this time, as we are doing our best to accommodate everyone, while staying safe and healthy.
Before Every appointment:
Clients will be prescreened by phone OR email before every appointment. They will be checked for symptoms of COVID-19, which includes any symptoms (including mild to severe cold or flu symptoms) travel history and any contacts.
Clients will be asked to call the spa once they arrive for their appointment; waiting in the lounge is not permitted at this time. Clients will once again be screened before they enter the building. Upon arrival, clients will have their temperature taken will a contactless thermometer and will be required to sanitize their hands.
Face coverings, which include: masks and/or plastic face shields will be mandatory. If you do not have one, we have washable and disposable masks for your convenience
We kindly ask that any handbags and food items be left in your vehicle. Drinks are permitted but you must bring it with you after your appointment. Bring only what is necessary to your appointment. Our coffee/water/snacks and magazines will be removed.
As always, gratuities are not expected, but are appreciated by our staff. If you wish to provide a gratuity for your service, we ask that you do so on either debit or credit. Cash will not be accepted.
All staff will be similarly screened and anyone who is unwell will not be working, and will be required to self-isolate for at least 14 days.
We will be scheduling appointments farther apart so we can promote social distancing, we will be changing our hours and seeing fewer clients per hour to keep everyone safe.
Rebuilding our Schedule: We will be contacting those who had appointments scheduled before and during quarantine, these clients will be prioritized. We then will move onto our waitlist. Please get in touch if your contact information has changed (including email addresses). Check your email (and spam folder) regularly for updates. We will be updating our email and social media accounts often
